Key fob arm and disarm intermittent

Yesterday i tried to unlock the Zed with the fob and it seemed intermittent, walked around the car and it eventually disarmed and opened the doors, also tried boot at the time thinking battery on key fob was at fault so i got back home and tried using the spare with the same intermittent result.

Is the alarm sensor (Brain) at fault, where is it and can it be tested?

I tried to search but couldn't find anything other than "alarm bells" lol

I will call them and see if i can book a test, used the spare key after a long period of not using it and after a short journey it worked so hopefully it will be the battery in the fob

Update!

Nothing wrong with key fob/car,

I park the Zed anywhere other than a specific spot and all works fine even from a distance but when park in a specific spot it will not work, I think a neighbour has a device like a class D amplifier or ham radio?? emitting a radio frequency blocking the fob transmitter???

Probably the GM5 Module. Might need to replace the 2 relays inside it.

I works fine every time, except when parked in this particular parking spot....
