keep losing my screenwash!

i think i've made a thread before about this, but anyway...

ever since i bought the car, i've been losing my screenwash. within 2 days of filling the bottle up, it's empty again, even if i dont use the washer's.

my car also has headlight washers on, so checked those and they raise up but no water comes out of them.

this pipe seems to be the main culprit of the screenwash loss:

so do i need 2 new headlight washer pumps and some better hosing for the bottle-headlight washer pipe?

also, is this a common problem?

Do you know where you are losing it from? A number have had this. Passed by a cracked headlight washer jet housing. Usually a topic that comes up in winter as the frozen washer fluid expands and cracks the housing.

That looks more like the pipe for the windscreen jets, the headlamp washer pipe is heavy duty black rubber very similar to fuel pipe.

it's definitely the pipe that leads to the headlamp washers as i removed the bumper to check:

it connects to the black rubber pipe coming out under the o/s headlamp. is this an incorrect pipe then? maybe why it's leaking.
