Well I promissed myself that after my road trip and if I had enough funds I would get myself some new boots for the Z. I have put up with the run flats since I bought it in October and now the rears must be running low, they were 4mm before I left for the road trip so 3,000 miles later they must be nearer 3mm now so a good excuse to change them.

I changed the run flats on my Roadster when i had that and seem to remember an improvement in ride quality and grip so fingers crossed I will get the same benefoits on my Coupe.

Ah but these are non run-flats so did he go for the forum favourites Falken, Vredestein, or something a bit different.

Please let us know! I have four Vredesteins that I got back after the trade in on my 335d and I'm really pondering whether to put them on the E89 :?

Well I have gone for Falken 452's again as i was happy with them last time and they are good VFM

How many miles did you get out of the last set?

I assume you mean how many miles out of the last 452's I purchased, to be honest I can't rmember but I think I went through the first lot of rears and got a second set, from memory the car had about 56,000 miles on it when I traded it in but I can't remember at what mielage I replaced the Run Flats. I always replace tyres when they are down to about 3mm.

I've just paid £373 for a full set of Falken 452's from Camskill
(255/35 & 225 /40's)

they are on special offer at the moment.
