Just got rid of the run flats - tyre pressure advice please?

When I recently bought my Zed (2004 3.0i) I was originally going to wear out the run flats but hated them so much that I changed them straight away. I have now got Vredestein Ultrac Vortis (225/45 R17) on 103 wheels and am very pleased with the improvement in the ride.

Am I best using the recommended tyre pressures (33 front 36 rear) or does anyone have any other advice?
 
Much discussed and people use different. I think that's a tad high for non RFT's and run F31 R33 and wear my tyres very evenly (aside inner edge front scrubbing)

Experiment and see what works for you.
 
Thanks for the advice. I think some experimentation is in order but my gut feeling is that the standard pressures are a little high for my liking.
 
The standard pressure for RFTs are higher than 33/36 IIRC ? I use the same pressures as you, my car is lowered and has been aligned, and I have extremely even wear across the rear tyres - which has surprised the hell out of me given the camber. I like them at those pressures, but as cj says you need to play around with them.
