Pot holes are weather and lack of maintenance - Litter is just down to dirty , lazy, couldn't give a ???? people. Its all down to attitude.

If the council empted the public bins before they where over flowing and the rubbish started falling out and blowing every where it would not be half as bad as it is, But your right people do just throw on the floor as well, Thanks for comment on my car,

The loss of the reflectors could see you being pulled by plod
