Just Broken Down- Help Please. will not start

Its made by drivemaster, got it from my local Motor factors for 56+vat, they did have the bosch ones for an extra 30-40 quid but they both came with a 1 yr guarantee so i thought i'd give the drivemaster one a go.
I did panic though when they said theres a £103 surcharge that is refunded when you return the old unit in good condition. I could picture it having hammer marks all over it from me whacking it to start at least 6-7 times but luckily it was fine
If it goes again I know its an easy change.
