OK - I stand corrected.

Bloody safe car anyway to withstand the impacts it did and for me to walk out.

A testement to the safety features / design I guess !

on the old Z4-um, I posted about the roll bars popping up but no one responded, I don't think they believed me :| . I rent my shop out back to a retired BMW mechanic and he's the one who told me about them.

They do on the E46 Convertible, maybe he assumed all BMs...
