I would have gone for a Mann filter,as that's the same as Oem.

Your passenger side one must sit proud of the windscreen at the edge?

Exactly this. Check the outer tip of the passenger side.

Best to purchase OEM.

Just checked and there is a whole cm not contacting screen no biggies really think I can live with it

None of the wipers I have ever had on, or bought for, my Zs have touched the very outside of the passenger side of the windscreen. The same on every e85/86 I’ve ever seen. Not sure about e89s. It’s really no biggie though. Just don’t get the flexible blade wipers, in my experience they’re shite on e85/86s. When I got them both sides lifted at speed and didn’t clear the screen.

I have Bosch wipers at the moment and the last 10mm doesn’t touch when they’re off. I’m pretty obsessive but I can live with that.

Re the filter: used Bosch before I realised Mann was oem. Not had a problem and fits like a glove

I used to just order a slightly short blade for the passenger side, but it worked out about twice the price of getting a model-specific set, so now live with the flappy inch.
