July 2010 Photo Competition - **** TIE BREAK CLOSED ****
We have a tie for first place and our proceedure for a tie is to run a tie breaker thread.
This will only happen for 1st/2nd places, and will usually last 24 hours.
In the event of the tie break being on a weekend, we will run it for 48 hours.
This thread will run for exactly 48 hours.
Remember this is a THEME contest this month.with two contestants.
The THEME is "REFLECTIONS".
