Juddering on acceleration

Right... I know I post alot of issues on here but I think I have convinced myself that every is wrong with my car! haha.

I do appreciate the help however.

My car dosent feel smooth on acceleration at all. It feels very juddery... is this normal? I can see the rev counter litterally jumping?? Maybe only slightly however but it does do it.

Any ideas? Its just been serviced around 6000 miles ago so all should be well there.

Any ideas?

Maybe a coil pack, a bad one can make the car run like poop, one went wrong the day I went to collect my car when buying it. The previous owner got it fixed and it's been fine ever since! Touch wood.

Hopefully it's something simple for you :)

Have you tried the throttle adaption reset at all, if you are in alot of stop and go traffic day in day out. Otherwise there are a ton of things it could be, i spent a small fortune on replacing bits on my 3.0 Z4 to get it running right see list:

No real difference with the 4 things below:
6x ignition coils
6x Spark plugs
Vanos oil seals replaced
MAF cleaned with CRC spray

My intermitant hesitation dissappeared after these items were done:
DISA valve replaced - alone no difference, software update recommended to reset any knock adaptations that may be stored in the DME.
BGK44 fuel treatment - Slight improvement
DME software update from the Dealer - No hesitation now at all, smooth delivery throughout the rev range and no surges.

Oh and no fault codes at all with mine but i knew it wasnt running properly, I am now running on Super Unleaded also.

Good luck.

Thanks Bob, appreciate the advice. I have done a few things like you also. Plugs, air filters, new coil packs but looks like the software upddate is the best thing.

Trip to the stealer in order. :x

Good news!! Just done the throttle reset and cant believe the difference! Sorted all the juddering and hesitation. Once again this forum has saved me a trip to the stealers and alot of money :D Thanks for the help guys.
