Anyone heard from John? It's been a while since he posted..

I visited him in April and he was in good spirits considering what he has been through. I also sent him a text in May and again in September but no reply. I hope he is ok and if I was closer I’d pop around to his workshop. I know he has a couple of close friends on here so perhaps they could let us know if he is ok.

I dunno where John's gone, but I do miss his 'calling a spade a spade' attitude.
I know he has a habit of going AWOL for months at a time, but it has been a rather long sabbatical this time.
I do hope he is OK.

That’s really good to hear. I know he started a new business. He posted photographs at the time of how effectively he could clean metal items making them look like new.
