Anyone else following this Jo Yates case?

This Tabak chap needs to be put down. I'm not one to jump to conclusions without all the evidence but have you heard his defence case?

Apparently he was invited in for a drink, misread the situation, kissed her then she screamed & he 'accidently' suffocated her. Realising what he'd done he put her in his boot, went shopping, then dumped her body.

Then kept quiet putting the family through hell, allowing another neighbour to be the main suspect before being caught by the police.

I dont often pay attention to these cases, but just be done with it - needs putting down.

in judo i have choked and strangled many people, i have made people pass out, but within seconds they come round

Jesus Taz, hope you dont get car jacked (or ever mistake my girlfriend's advances) :wink:

Seriously though, if this guy did commit manslaughter rather than murder he didn't really help his case by causing 43 injuries & dimping her body. Don't know why this case gets to me so much, but just hope he goes down for a long, long time.
 
I personally think the deffence is very weak and the evidence speaks for itself.

I think he will get murder and serve a lot of time
 
Of course we don't know, we weren't there and we're not in the court and haven't seen all of the evidence.

But, just look into his eyes...guilty as a puppy sitting next to a pile of poo.
 
Pathetic diffence to be quite frank. Murder all the way, imho.

If there ever was a time to bring back hanging, this is it! :x
