We Puget Sound BMWCCA members took a drive out to Ocean Shores, WA today for a little sun worship. A few of us ZedHeads decided to take a few pics on the beach. Pictured are MakoBimmer, Rick Hunter and Mr. Roger.

More to follow....

Ah yes, Mr. Roger's Maldives Blue Z4. What a beautiful car. :) The other ones look good too. Nice composition with the dead wood on the beach.

What? No ass shots? :D

mister_roger's Z4 remains one of my all-time favorite Z4's. Classy mods all around. Nothing over the top. All the mods are purposeful. The car looks like it could've come from the factory like that.

Very nice. MakoBimmer  You beat me to the punch!

Yep... nothing like spending the beautiful Spring day with the best driving mates around. :driving: Too bad you couldn't get out today, GP20. :( You would have loved it!

^^BTW... that Red one's not mine, but is just as hawt!

Hey Guys. Thanks again for joining the tour. I hope guys enjoyed it for the most part. Wish we could have zipped around some of those twisties a bit faster, but it was great scenery nonetheless. It's nice to explore some of these less-traveled roads and routes. And of course, praise the weather gods

Great pics, both of you. I'll post some of mine tomorrow. Gonna head in early and try to recover. My allergies are still killing me :( I couldn't have picked a worse day for them to flare up.

I think there were about 9 or 10 Z4s. Of those 9, there were 4 ///M coupes, and then mine, Mako's, and then 3 or 4 other regular zeds. Good turnout overall!

BTW, your exhaust sounds great on Rick's car.

Great pics guys :)

Whose is the red Z4MC?
The IR Z4MC in the 1st pic is owned by a BMWCCA member who instructs at the local raceway and his car gets regular track duty too (puts my bling car to shame). Really nice chap.

He decided to debadge his M as well as blacked out his grills. Very tasteful.

Here's another Z4-Forum Exclusive... a quick video of how we set up our shots. Nothing professional, though :)

Cool little vid! We really ought to take some more -- it's nice to see our Zeds in motion for a change  Now that I think about it, it would have been really cool to have taken some drive-by videos on that main drag by the Jetti. Wide open and mostly deserted. :)

Here's a few pics from my set:

On the way there. Squeaky-clean Interlagos Blue MC, following Rick's MC ahead.

Shot of all the cars at the Jetti. We're hiding in the back right corner.

And finally we make it to the beach.

And lastly...

Just for kicks and comparison, here's a few from long beach 3 years ago. I can't believe how close we got to the water :!:

Nice pics guys. I almost went on that tour, but had to stay home and keep the wife happy Had a big project I've been putting off, the wife said enough. Wasn't sure there would be any zeds going, sorry I missed it. Oh well, there's always the next one. I'll definitely be at the club concours in August hope to see some of you there.
