brillomaster said:great pics. love a zed on track. brakes is an easy enough upgrade to do, just need some decent pads. I used to use Performance Friction 08 compound, pricey, but last ages and perform great.
Also on hotter days, its a 10 minute task to remove the front fog lights, helps get some cooling air into the wheel wells to aid with front brake temps.
any plans to upgrade tyres? on a dry day, a decent set of trackday tyres makes a huge difference, along with a decent wheel alignment.

The weather is always going to be unpredictable booking a track day this time of year, but at least a wet day puts a bit less strain on the car!
I can't tell if your car is a 3.0i, but if not you could upgrade to 3.0i front brakes as they are a bit bigger - 300mm discs I think. Or 3.0Si facelift front discs which are 325mm.

Right, it looks like you have it all in hand then!
Enjoy your next track sessions.![]()

There are some track-day threads on here from other Z4 owners if you can find them. Liam22 has some good info and videos about racing his E86.
