Hi All..

Just wondering whether I might need any jabs to go to Morocco..?
Thing is we are travelling next Thursday...so if I do ..have I left it too late..?
I think the last jabs we had were when we went to Turkey on honeymoon....24 years ago..
I think during that time I have had tetanus ..I've also had 2 fairly major hospital operations so I would think my tetanus should be up to date..

Confused..! :?

Any advice would be great..

Thanks Mark..

I've been close, Tunisia and egypt, and didn't require any. I think there was one which you could consider but wasn't vital. Yellow fever etc is usually for further south.

There were a few sites, possibly NHS which I looked at at the time that showed vaccinations required vs country in table format ...

As above best check with nhs but I think also heavily depends on what you plan to be doing/going while you're there.

Was there roughly 5 yrs ago but did touring around the country too, and therefore played safe by getting everything, tetanus/rabies/malaria/heps etc just in case.

That's what I was thinking...

Where's Ruby..she would know.. :)

Hello! I've been to Marrakesh before and never had any but then didn't look into it. Make an appointment with your GP Practice nurse (ask for the one that deals with travel)..they deal with that sort of stuff. Make sure your tetanus is up to date. Have a good holiday!
