ISOfix fittings on passenger seat - have you got them?

I just saw the (withdrawn) for sale thread for a member's Z4M, and he mentioned the 'rare option' of isofix fittings on the passenger seat.
I have them on mine, and just assumed they were standard, but perhaps not?
Just curious, how many E85/E86 owners here have the isofix fittings? Which means you'll also have the passenger airbag disable switch as well.
 
Yep - on mine 'option 470 Kindersitzbefestigung Isofix' so not part of the standard package; but I can't find any information about the additional cost involved - sure I had seen a price menu on the net somewhere. 07 plate 3.0si E85 by the way.

Not the first owner so don't know why fitted - child; grand child or to secure something else?

(by the way - has anyone else got the same configuration as mine? :rofl: )

Alpina owners known for being prolific reproducers :)

I'd love to be able to use isofix but I cannot source the parts for the airbag shut-off kit for love nor money!

Legally you can use a forward facing child seat in the front, without the airbag being shut off. Advised to have the seat back as far as possible. Safety organisations do however advise that children are safer in the rear of a vehicle.

Yeah, I take my eldest daughter for runs in the forward facing seats, but baby seat is a complete no-go unfortunately
