Looks a pretty good deal compared to other prices advertised if it is. I'm not in the market for one nor associated with the seller. Just curious.
 
Depends what you mean by an M Front bumper.
It is not off an E85 Z4M.=, the front PDC holes give that much away as does the seller saying it's off the new shape Z4.
It is probably off an E89 Z4 'M' Sport.
