Is there any lubrication in the barrel?

Ignition that is,stupid question i know,but i drove to my better halfs work tonight and waited approx 15 mins with key in the ignition for her,radio off,when she came out i removed the key but noticed there was some wd40 type fluid on it.I had just been to the stealers before i went there to pick some screws and brackets up so im hoping i had opened the door coming out and picked up something on my fingers
OCD i know -but i have never sat in my car with the key in the ignition with everything off position-any thoughts?-thanks

Never had an oily key come out of the barrel

Maybe it's all the lube from the stubby removal that's seeping out :lol:
