is there a 'how to' on creating a combined reverse/fog light?

Ive modded my Zed with a Euro spec rear lamp cluster to give the car a more balanced look - I thought I read a post earlier this year on the forum showing a 'how to' on combining the rear fog light and reverse lamp in the offside lamp cluster ... any help?



the left reverse light is significantly brighter as its an LED bulb and the right reverse light is a standard bulb and its currently still functioning as the fog lamp.

Would this effectively entail 2 bulbs/LED in each lens? ie. 1x red and 1x white in each?

I did look into this myself a couple of years back - the plan was to use a LED ring for the fog light, and keep the reversing light as a CREE LED bulb. However, as it meant splitting the lights, I decided against it. I might have another look as I've got a sacrificial light to play with (its low on my list of mods though....)

Yes, 2 bulbs (or leds) wired in behind the now clear reverse offside lense

I would suggest the easier option is to put a red P21W Led in the fog light position, lights then all work as advertised when on but provide symmetry when off.

Osram do some good ones, I have them.
