Strange the graph starts at 2.5k too and the Y scaling should start from zero; perhaps the turbos could be too small to flow enough air at higher rpm... great for response mind (or maybe they have had to restrict it for other reasons; injectors maxing out, concerns with intake temps/intercooling or engine cooling).

Will be interesting to see an aftermarket map on the same engine to see if it can carry the torque higher in the rev range.
 
Nice figures. :thumbsup: Be interesting to see a 35i numbers on that dyno! BMW have always understated their official horsepower figures. They do the same on the MINI also!
 
Yep the way the power tails off is a bit strange, would definitely be getting a second opinion on that dyno run.
