IPOD Dice Install......help!

Hi all, looking for some advice and would welcome helpful/experienced comments.

Have done a search but am struggling to find any relevant info.

Trying to install the a Dice Silverline in my UK car. The car does not have a CD changer, it has the STD business headunit.

Having removed the vent succesfully, I next whipped out the headunit.

Looking to the back of the HU, it appears the harness supplied with the Dice is diiferent to the available plugs on the back of the HU. Is this right?

Or is it a case of the harness needing to the butchered? Got a feeling the harness is fine and I'm simply missing a trick.

If anyone can shed any light on this I'd appreciate it!

P.S. I dont think there is any pre wiring for the CD changer behind the seat centre console or am I wrong and the car will be prewired? If so where are the bloody wires!?

Nope, there certainly are no connectors. Had the carpet in the boot out and there are definately no adapters awaiting for a CD changer or the like.

Anyone any ideas?

they are thee they are wire tied to the back of the firewall on the roadster

I think that 2005s have the CD changer wiring already in place. I know that my 2006 did. I did have to do some hunting around to find the connectors though. Take a look at the how-to I posted here.

Ay and Zero thanks for the input. Appears I was wrong. The car is fitted with the boot leads, albeit they were bloody good at hiding!
