iPod Connectivity Options

Currently have the 6 Disc CDC in my car however no method for iPod connectivity.

What would be the options?

Can the CDC come out and be used for iPod instead? Or is there an easier way to maintain both options?

I'm interested to see if there's a way of installing an aux and keeping the CDC too.

Any ideas anyone?

Well if it helps mine came from the Factory with the Aux and the 6 disk er
CD has been disconnected and the Apple iPod kit uses that port now
I am sure the Aux and multi- changer co-exist

Intravee mate

If you have nav it's additional features are great too.
This is what I use and many many others.

Otherwise Denison.

A quick search on the forum about this will bring up several results

To use one you have to buy the intravee from toysinyourcar and then source an Alpine KCA-420i for your iPod to connect into.

this replaces the CD changer which if you do want to keep you need an additional alpine module.

Got a link to that kit?
No ,it is the BMW kit and it was fitted in 2010 but check the BMW site under Owners tab .Mine has old 30 pin Apple plug but works perfectly with the Apple lightning to 30 pin adapter
