I've been using apple products over the last few years, starting with an IPhone 3GS and I love the way they simply work, very little fuss and the quality of the hardware is great... but!
Ive had an iPhone 5 since they were released and even though the hardware feels the nicest yet, it's software seems to be getting more and more fatal bugs. My contacts don't work, despite the phone recognising people who text or call. Just as annoying, the phone doesn't work as a phone half the time. If I go from an area without signal, ie. my flat, it won't simply find a signal where I know it should do, I have toggle airplane mode to kick it into searching
It seems both of these problems are pretty common, even with the 4s.
Are Apple really on the slow decline after an incredible decade?
It's got me looking at other phones, mainly the Galaxy S3 or the Note 2, if it's not too massive in person.
I know apple stores are great for swapping out hardware but has anyone actually had a full refund from them? (I bought the phone direct)
