Hi Guys and Gals and everyone else whatever your thing,

I hope I am posting correctly as I couldn't see a new member posting button thingy. Apologies in advance if I am doing it wrongly, will take a little while to get up to speed.

Anyway, I'm posting from Spain which is where I live. I flew home to buy my Zed a couple of weeks ago. It's still in the UK as we speak but I will be driving it down to Southern Spain in October. I will post some images when I've masted the system, have already signed up with Photobucket. I have a 2.2i SE, 2005 model, in sapphire black. Two careful owners, FSH, 84,000, a very nice car.

Anyway, For now.

Welcome. Very envious of your drive to Southern Spain. At the risk of sounding like an echo, we need pics!
 
Thanks for the warm welcome. I've driven down to Spain a few times but in a 5 series, some years ago. Also have a motorhome so have done the drive up and down in recent years. Usually do Dover-Calais but have booked the Portsmouth - Santander ferry this time. My thinking was that much as I love the drive through La France it may be a bit chilly late October. I'll be driving down to the coast over 2/3 days to our motorhome. We leave our home in the mountains and spend winter in the warmer climes of the coast. Been doing it for around six years now and really enjoy the variation. There's a whole community of various nationalities down there doing exactly the same thing. Normally of course it's just a 2 hour motorway drive from home to the coast - bit longer this year.

Yes...photos! Have looked at instructions and had a go but no joy just yet will need to study and pay attention.
