Apologies for the lack of creativity with the photo's - it was delivered on the afternoon of the 31st and couldn't drive it until the 1st.
 
Nice colour :thumbsup: . When I bought mine last year, there was no highline edition :( . Media Package was not part of complimentary specification upgrade. Has it got Loudspeaker System - Business?
 
Congrats, I also got my Highline edition this week so can understand your joy :) I couldnt quite stretch to the m-sport though, some nice extras you have.
 
What is that about media package being a complimentary upgrade? Does every new Z4 get this? Ordered mine on Friday, but nothing was mentioned about this. Did I miss anythng? Just wondering, as I am happy with the offer I got.
Btw, seeing the colour combination I am even more looking forward as i ordered DBS and brige as well.nit really looks great.
 
Lovely looking car. Adding a dark window tint would look good too. Although that might not be as necessary in Scotland as it is in Brisbane :D

Media Package has never been complimentary specification upgrade. Only sat nav was before 20i and 28i were introduced. When I ordered mine last year, there were many options available, e.g. connectivity package, loudspeaker system-business, etc.

I have the non-M Sport Highline Edition (23i only) which comes with the following;
19" 296 wheels
Bluetooth prep
Kansas leather
Black gloss grill
Usb audio interface

The M-Sport Highline Edition (23i or 30i only) has the above items but also come with the following;
19" 326M wheels
ConnectedDrive
Sat Nav - BMW Professional
Telephone USB audio interface
Also has the usual M Sport spec extras (exterior and interior trim, sports seats etc).

Hope that clears it up a little? My mums boyfriend went in to ask about a Highline Edition yesterday and was told they only had white ones left at that dealership so there might not be too many left.

Furthermore I was told they had only sold 2 Z4's between Jan and June this year from that dealership, however since they put out a good offer on the Highline Editions they sold 11 in two weeks!

My feeling is that as they were bringing in the 2.0 & 2.8 engines, they had a stock of existing E89's and to shift them (for whatever reason) they enhanced the package deal. In addition to the enhanced (and BMW supported) offer, the dealership screwed up my original order by taking my deposit for a car they couldn't build (as the date had passed where they can order cars to be built from scratch), by way of apology - and after a little negotiation, I got another £1300 of freebies. All this equals one happy driver!! :driving:
