Just wanted to say hi, now that I have a nice Z4 to talk about... I've actually had it for a year now, but am a bit late in creating the account (been hanging around though, just reading what you folks have been up to)...

28i, 2015 with only minor modifications, of course a top module and I have a camera (front & back) built in (A129 Viofo).
Looked into mapping, but decided the 2.8 was plenty for now.

Got it with only 17K. Not sure what the previous owner did with it, but it wasn't much; the car was in mint condition & the first time I drove it at night the lights were blinding all the oncoming traffic, so I gather he only drove it on sunny days :-)

Haha... thanks. Well, usually I'm not one for forums too much, not a lot of spare time and all that. But I find myself checking these pages fairly regularly (despite the time restrictions), so why not dive in & chat a bit :-)

Indeed, I think there are quite a few who dip in to find out stuff but rarely contribute. Don't suppose it matters as long as it's helping people. I have only been so active lately as I'm working from home and it fills in the gaps with no colleagues to gas with.

Frankly, much of the same here. Its really kind of strange to talk about a car I hardly ever drive any more :tumbleweed:
I find myself just going for little trips after working home, just for the fun of it

My previous two cars were 6 cylinder (325 cabrio's) and initially I was slightly disappointed that a 2.8 turned out to be a 2 litre, but the power, pull & fuel economy quickly cured that. (the 6 cyls took 10L/100KM, this one 8L/100KM when driving aggressively...)

Thanks guys. Foto turned out nice, I guess its a combination between being a bit lucky with the shot & a little experience doing some photography as a hobby some time ago (I have a LOT of hobbies ;-)
