Intermittent roof issue

I have a 2007 Z4 which has intermittent roof issues. It tends to open fine , but when I try to close it, I can hear the motor, but the roof fails to close.
I have to hit the open button again and then it tends to be ok to close. It seems to happen about once every 3 attempts.
I'm not sure if the motor is on its way out and needs to be serviced / replaced and relocated to the boot.
Can anyone advise a garage near Derby which could help, or if anyone on the forum near Derby who could help.....obviously I will pay for any support.
I'm not very mechanically minded so I don't feel confident trying to tackle it myself.....Thanks

Spend a little extra on fuel and time and go to Lincoln! You must have missed the recent reports of claims court cases at the other place.
The bonus with Stuart is that you’ll get the motor fitted neatly with no kinked lines and definitely not an old piece of carpet tile to hide it!!!
