Hi Everyone,
I have had my Zed for 3 years now and really enjoying the experience. It is mostly used as a fun car when we dont have to ferry the kids
As such, it covers very low mileage and I would say it covers under 3k annually. Regardless, I have had it serviced every year just before its MOT and usually when I tell the mechanic the mileage, he usually recommends just an intermittent service as not much has been worn.
So my question is: despite the low miles, when should I go for a full service to make sure it is properly looked after? Obviously, I'm not penny-pinching as I enjoy driving the car so want it to be in good shape.
When I first bought the car, I gave it a full service just to check everything out. Since then, the last two years it has only had minor services on the mechanics recommendation, so is it time for a major once again?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
