So I've upgraded to a Z4C from a Volvo C30. Which, much to my surprise, is approximately 100 quid cheaper to insure. So I was expecting some money back from my insurers. But this wasn't the case as "a new quote is different to a policy modification". And to top it off, they charged me 30 quid for a vehicle change.
Does this sound right? I probably would've been better off cancelling, getting money back, and taking out a new cheaper policy.
I am 3 months shy of earning another years no claims though...
