can someone help??? got my wind deflector yesterday, all i can do is looking at the deflector itself with brackets and four scrrew!!!!!
what am i suppose to do with it, really tempted to bring it to the dealer to get it fit, but also is will be very costly!!!

anyone any advice??

Assuming you have the OEM mesh deflector then you need new rollover hoop covers also (4 in total 2 per) as these will have holes and slots for the deflector and the two smaller ones between the hoops.

Not convinced that was the news gho888 wanted! :D Perhaps whip the dremell out gho as this may work out much cheaper but suppose you'd really need to know what youre doing!

that's true!!!! :(

Dremel would be possible but you need to remove the covers to do this and more than likely you will break some of the tabs on the hoops.

Broke a few on mine when I installed the deflector and everybody else seems to as well.

Try www.partsauction.co.uk as they had some hoop covers about half the price of a stealer.

GHO888 glad you got the deflector OK those brackets and screws are for the inside the boot lid thats where you store the deflector when not in use.

There is a post on here somewhere regarding the brackets and screws that fit the roll bar cover around £25 from BMW

GAZA62 glad you point that out tho GHO888, otherwise he would have been well and truly stumped :)
