Indicator lens misting

guys, any idea what is causing the white on the indicator section of my headlights? Only happens when driving in the wet. Does not happen if the car is parked over night etc.

Looks like condensation to me. Guess as you drive in cold air that's the coldest area of the light being low and at the front.

Many posts on here about drying out lights
