Impressed with Bola wheels

Got a special delivery today of my new wheels. I was a bit apprehensive at first, as I know bola are a 'rep' brand, but I know a lot of guys on here run rep CSL's etc so I thought i'd give them a shot. First impressions are, they seem plenty sturdy enough (although time will tell), and they're a hell of a lot lighter than the horrible MV2's I have currently. Now for tyres!

Not my cup of tea, but if you like them..

That rear is gonna cause you problems though, and not just with the plod!

I think the rear will be ok once weight is on it that will be inside the arch.

The rears are 9.5j et42 - i've seen plenty of zeds with much more extreme offsets and widths, and yes once the weight of the car is on the wheel, it should tuck itself in nicely. Nice to get a bit of an idea though beforehand! :thumbsup:
 
Be great to see these fitted with tyres on your car. I was that close to purchasing a set for mine when I buckled and went down the well tested CSL rep look.

Tyres are getting fitted Saturday morning so will update this with pictures then. Don't get me wrong, I think the CSL style wheels look stunning on the Z4, but fancied something a little bit different. :D
