I'm back .... and I'm gettin' new shoes.

Hello everyone ... I'm back! (ok, I'm sure most of you saying --- who the hell are you anyway?) Well, I used to be pretty involved on Z4um as a different ID (DavidKillion) and then kind of lost interest after the site died and this one was being built --- but it sure looks like this one is alive and kicking now.

Anyway ... I'm excited that I'm finally coming around to make some mod's to the ole ///Mster. I'm picking up some DPE LS5's 2-piece forged wheels (19x8 & 19x10) with Matte Black centers and polished lips. I'm also going to be installing the H&R 1" sport springs which should give it the perfect stance. The wheels are in the mail and I should have some pics here in a few days.

Sorry I've missed out on all the Z rides lately, I sure enjoyed rollin' with the guys (and gals) on my first and only Z meet in Palo Alto back in Sept of '06. Work and school has just been killing me lately and the M Roadster just sits in the garage, covered, waiting for me to get a chance to enjoy life again. I know, these are piss-poor excuses - I have my priorities all screwed up.
 
Ahh, but you are learning from your mistakes and rearranging your priorities to get 'em right again.

lol ... yes, I created a forum but did not put any effort in marketing or branding it. again ... a priority issue I guess. I really don't have time to be managing something like that anyway ... so I am glad that this one is running so well!
 
There is a certain group that felt they were better than us 'merikans and seperated, the rest of us rabble got together when our site owner had the courage (and wisdom) to rise above it all and create this forum. I am honored to be a small part of this illustrious membership.

That's great ... glad to be here.

I guess since I didn't get to deep into Z4um I didn't realize there was a problem. Just happy to have a place to talk about our rides ... :driving:
 
I never felt hat here was much of an issue either. But I have to say that the attitude here is much more relaxed and friendly than the old Z4UM. I can’t point to a single instance where the moderators needed to step in and shut down a thread gone wild.
