Illuminated Gearknob Failure

Hi,

I noticed last night that the illumination on my gearknob is no more...

Is there any known way to fix it, or, is it a question of either put up with it or buy a new one and replace it?

You would have to replace the LED, probably doable.

Firsth though I would check the plug has not come undone, and that the wires haven't been damaged and getting voltage at the knob.
