iDrive display rattle

This last week a rattle developed behind the iDrive display, sound like a loose washer. I noticed that the display can be manually pushed down, which i have done. Next time the display came up the rattle stopped.
Hopefully the rattle is cured..ya right!
Correction, disregard what i said above.
 
This is going to sound ridiculous, when it rattles try holding your sun visor...

Was convinced I had a sat nav rattle, or the speaker in front, It turned out to be the visor
 
I sorted my visors with small squares of the wooly side of sticky velcro pads.
I do sometimes get a noise like stones hitting the windshield, which appears to be the cheap looking plastic around the windows and what the sun visors are attached to, probably expanding with the heater on.
