Idiots Guide

I am in need of some help please!!!!!
Ive had some help from people on here about where to look for info but when Ive got to different sites Im not sure what people are talking about!!!
I really want my car to look A1 but I dont know how. I dont know what a clay bar is, or how to use it. Please can someone help me and give me an idiots guide to washing my car!!!!!????

Seriously now, the best way to get advice for the type of car care you are looking for is to get together with someone local (or a BMW car club chapter) that can assess your motivation, passion etc., and suggest product(s). How much time you will give to this on a daily, weekly or monthly basis should influence certain products. There are many factors and there is "no one size fits all" approach. I can tell you that preparation is the key to a successful program. Whatever process, procedure and product you decide is best for you, remember to have fun doing it.
