If you're interested in building something to communicate with the iBus, the Melexis TH3122 chip is a popular choice. It's been discontinued and is increasingly more difficult to get hold of at sensible prices.
AC Services stock them for 5 euros, but 15 euros shipping.

Resler stocks them for 8 euros with 6 euros delivery.

I found a supplier that should be able to get them delivered for about £4 depending on quantity ordered. Is anybody else interested in these chips before I go ahead and place an order?
Btw, if you're not looking to build a circuit and just want something prebuilt, you're probably better off buying a complete board from Resler for 30 euros.
