i went shopping today, i went to Tamworth which is about 20 miles away, i didnt have to, but i went anyway, the sky was blue, the sun was shining and not a cloud in the sky, so i went down the quiet country roads, with the roof down, in a t shirt, on the way i met 3 e85's all with the roof down, and a few other top down jobbies, a morgan, a bentlley ect. I had bob segar trying to play night moves and hollywood nights, but they were strugglin, The exhaust growled, it rumbled, it snarled, it howled like a banchee and i was in heaven. The car bounced and jiggled, it flew though the tight and bumpy country bends and i was totally happy. So, if i say im going shopping. there is going shopping , and there is going shopping.. happy days.. :driving:

At least 'the hedge' did not loom large this time road warrior. Great stuff.
nope. and i gave it the gentle beans too, and i detected a merest of understeer ... THAT never happened before ! - so i am happy with my big fat arse now

Every and any possible excuse to drive them . The ZEDs ...... I SHOULD have taken a company car to Chelmsford today, but walked past it and jumped in the zed, some nice country lanes going the back way , plenty of smiles , and a cracking day , glad you had fun too roadie :driving:

I’m planning on going to Tamworth (where I’m originally from) in a couple of months.... I’ll probably buy a bit more than milk though

Nothing wrong with taking a drive just to enjoy the drive - I often do that either late at night or very early morning when there’s less traffic around

Asda for fuel- Nooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shell V-Power only - car will run much, much better!

I bet the inside of your rear tailpipes are black!

The insides of mine are jet black and I only run it on Tesco momentum- but let’s not start another 95 v 99 debate :headbang:

Its not just the fuel- I also get an oil filter change every 4-5000 miles which is yearly, I use a professional full fuel system cleaner, once a year as well.
People may say "snake oil" but, my cars pipes stay silver inside and it runs beautifully, so i'll stick with it!

and ??

Its carbon deposits!!

Not running at its best, you'll be down on BHP and torque ( particularly low down) and its just not running as cleanly and as well as it could!

Do you neglect oil changes as well? :(
