It was my 50th birthday yesterday and I received the most amazing presents from my wife and family. I got a really nice, soft Italian leather briefcase in brown,top quality and extremely stylish ( too good for me). Then I got a Bill Gwynne rally school day with mk2 escort and Subaru Imprezza driving intruction, and on top of that a day at a stunt school learning how to handbrake turn into parking spaces, J turns and driving on 2 wheels.Fantastic. I spent the afternoon in the pub with my best friends watching the rugby and went out for dinner in my favourite restaurant last night. Today I've been on a 2 hour walk accross the fields with my Jack Russell in glorious sunhine and shortly I'm off to so spend the afternoon at a falconry centre flying owls and other birds of prey. Tomorrow after work my wife has organised for me to have a trial dive at my local sub aqua club. What a fantastic weekend , all organised by my lovely wife Chrissie. Right now I feel blessed to be alive, brilliant. I want to have a birthday like this every year.
