My baby is coming up to her first Christmas, and I want to treat her :-)
I have the bog standard Professional radio, and I want extra speakers.
I've read Maniacs thread about tweeters, but what are they ???
It appears to me, my only 'working' speakers, are the 2 in the door cards. I also have speaker 'covers', just below the mirrors, 2 in the back behind the seat belts, and a plastic cover in the middle rear, which looks like it should hold a speaker :oops:
I don't want a boom box, or extra volume etc, just a bit of surround sound.
Is this possible, just by adding extra speakers to the unit, or would I have to go further??
Any suggestions (polite) would be welcome :D

Tweeters are the speakers that produce high frequency noise and are in the triangular bits of plastic near the mirrors. Glad I did mine to add more top end. You can add a rear centre speaker and tweeter which you can buy from BMW, see realoem. You will need to wire it to one side or another from the rear shoulder speakers but tbh I'd just fade to the rear a bit!
