I love my Z but......

the rattles are getting annoying, the hood bracket when down, and a new annoying fast ticking sound are the latest.......
but with this great weather and the top is down it is a joy again.

Mine doesn't rattle but if the seats are too far back and touch the roll hoops they creak.

X2 my 2004 is rattle free but my seats squeek but thats because i have pushed all the way back
 
The odd squeak or rattle is in the Z4's blood. If you've not got a squeak or rattle now then you will eventually. I've only done 14,000 miles from new in four years and I've got them. Hard suspension does not help, but despite the odd annoying noise I still love my Z.
