I have the bluetooth module as an option, can I have an AUX?

Sorry if this has been covered before but lugging CDs around in the terrible CD changer is driving me completely nuts. From my understanding, I cannot connect an AUX lead into the back of my radio due to the bluetooth phone option being installed and that it takes up the space where the AUX could be plugged in. Am I correct in thinking this?

Is there anyway that I can play music from my phone/ iPod through my car? The cost isn't so much a problem because as an avid music lover, I cannot go on any longer without my iPod. Cheaper the better of course! But as long as I can listen to my music in my car from phone/ ipod i'll be happy.

I believe there is space for aux but you may have to unplug your cd changer. Otherwise intravee is what you are after.

you can still have the aux in...simple cheap option, you don't need to lose your cd changer and will work with Bluetooth...fitted one in mine last week

Wow that sounds great! How did you go about doing this? I had one of these a while ago and it just wouldn't plugin.

Its pretty straight forward, in the back of the stereo there is one big main plug and within that plug there are several small plugs, you just pull the bottom right plug out, in this plug there are 12 slots of which only 2 are used, you are sent your new aux in with 3 wires with pins attached and you just push those pins into 3 of the empty slots on the plug, stick it back in the main plug and voila, the seller sends you an email with instructions and diagrams, its a pretty easy job tbh, all done in less than an hour taking your time

i have the changer and nav but not bluetooth, the seller states it works with bluetooth/nav/cd changer though and i have no reason to doubt him, drop him an email if you're unsure, my understanding is the bluetooth runs off a different plug anyhow so there is no reason it wouldn't work, at 11.99 on ebay you've nowt to lose, it doesn't work return it... it will work though

The only slight downside and its nothing to do with the cable is the aux channel itself doesn't quite have the punch of the cd player its a bit quieter and less bassy, however you can tweak with an app such as poweramp which is what i use on my android phone and get it pretty close
