it's 5 degrees centigrade (I guess that's 41 degrees in your money?) but sunny in the middle of the UK ... too cold for top off! :thumbsdown:

Easy way for us lazy Americans to convert C to F. Here's the formula:

Double. Subtract 10%, Add 32.

I.E. 5C = double is 10, minus 10% of 10 which is 1 so now you have 9, then plus 32 = 41F

Lets do another one... 14C = double 28, -10% which is 3 = 25 +32 = 57F.

One more just so I know you've got the hang of it... 25C = 50 - 5 = 45 + 32 = 77F

Kewl, huh?

IMHO we should just all use metric - but most folks on this side of the pond are too pompus and resistant to change... Oh the things I would fix if I were President!!! LOL
