What are the forum thoughts on these?
Judging by the average age of people on here, I would think there would be some love for them.
Still very expensive, but I am getting to that age...........
 
Wow. That’s a beautiful piece of engineering art, my heart would buy it in an instant (if I won the lottery tonight) however the way you change cars the I couldn’t justify losing soooo much money. It does look wonderful and you do only live once.
 
After 5 jags I considered the 5.0 xkr, bit of a beast, couldn't justify things like the rfl for a fun car that sits in the garage most of the time.
 
That looks fantastic. One of those is definitely on my radar when I'm too knackered to drive a manual!

@Zed Baron you should have used it then. I pay that Band RFL for my Z4!
 
Looks great but it is a beast, my son had one and swore it was trying to kill him nearly every time he drove it, especially if the roads were even slightly moist! To admire as a piece of art, wonderful, for driving pleasure not so much 🤔

I keep looking for another 'toy' (even though I don't really have the room).
I have never really been a Jag fan, but I keep coming back to one of these.
Quite rare, as they were bloody expensive when new. The 'pinnacle' of ICE Jags maybe? Could be worth a punt as a medium-term 'investment'?? Probably not, but I do like the idea of 540bhp and a million torques in a blown V8. Apparently they also sound like thunder! :)...

If so, that rather reflects how the market feels about the asking price!

I’m still looking at these very casually, but following the comments in the other thread about how useless the rear seats are in these, I can’t look past the V8 Vantage.
