How wrong was the UK weather forecast this weekend ...

It was predicted to be a washout, terrible weather and the hour by hour forecast showed heavy rain throughout the weekend.

How wrong they were, in the South East we had two glorious sunshine days (3 if you include friday as well). We did have some rain during the night, but during the day it was just great.

Did what only 15% of males do in the UK nowadays - weekend of DIY (painting ...).

I checked the weather forecast this morning before planning to wash my car. It said it would rain today. But I spent whole afternoon washing my car, not a single drop.

Indeed ... because I can and because it is black and the previous owner has not maintained it to my standards.

No doubt my daughter will make a nice mess soon of it when she starts driving it ...
