How useful do you find "Connected Drive Assist"

I was wondering how useful you find this and what info you have asked them for.

What is the extent of the info they give and is it reliable?
 
wish i had it.

doesnt it let you send nav destinations from google maps ? would be sweet considering the postcode limitations.
 
If you bought your M new, you would have had it though? I have it, never use it. Tried it once and it was "ok".
 
I had Nav as standard but not bluetooth which I retrofitted.

Plus I got it 3 months old.. I'd probably pay for it now just for the novelty.
 
I've got it and I love it. I think it is great to be able to call up BMW assist and they are there to help you.

I was wondering how other people use it. I haven't worked out how to send it info from Google maps yet.
 
I have it on mine but have only used it twice. The first time I got the address sent from google maps to it without a problem, but the second time I tried it didn't seem to work and by the time I came to use the info it was too late to do anything about it. I've stuck to my tomtom since.

BTW there's no way I'd pay for it after my current (free) subscription expires.
