How to setup the OEM mesh wind deflector?

I thought it was easy going to be easy as the antenna... but I'm having trouble installing the wind deflector, the one with the mesh.

There are 3 hooks on each side, I managed to hook 2 of them. but I have no idea how to setup the last hook.

It is the one closest to the middle of the car, the strap is not like the other 2, it is velcro + hook.. Any help is appreciated.

On mine you have to reach down behind the panel, sort of pushing in a litle until you feel it grab onto the plastic lip, then pull the strap up and attach the velcro. Kind of hard to do as you need the top about half up. This is just what I discovered, mine came on the car and I never had any instructions...
