How To Install USB Adaptor

Hi just wondering if anyone knows how to install a USB adapter like this one without using a stereo or the cigarette lighter.

Is there anyway to connect something like this to the stereo wiring harness?

( I don’t have a stereo or cigarette lighter and don’t want one)
