How smooth is the inside of your door?-with pic

Hi all-following on from my wet carpet thread, I noticed the inside top toward the rear of the door is slightly rough?-never noticed this before

Mine is silky smooth, but then it is coated

I remember when searching for my coupe having a lengthy chat with "Taz" & exchanging some photo,s about the inside metalwork around the hatch lid / struts .
The paint isn,t the same finish as the body in term,s of lacquer & the metal isn,t exactly svelte in it,s seam,s & finish (pretty ropey TBH now ive compared with my 03 TT )
I was worried the one i was chasing had been in a rear end shunt with some shoddy repair work
Taz reassured me that his was the same

I'm guessing you are talking about the seam filler. I would not worry either way Andy.
