How much is my car worth?

Woots

Just weighing up my options at the mo with the current divorce issue and the prospect of a company car carrot dangling....
The car is on finance...the shame! And I owe about 11k on it, if I give it three more months I can give the car back to bmw as that's my car finance mid point

Or I can sell privately/to a dealer if they do that?

Question is...what is a 2008 57 plate 68k z4mr worth?
It's due an oil service now...
And has all the usual toys like nav and the decent stereo and champagne heated seats

Thoughts? If it's less than 12k I guess I'm better off just handing the car back?

I think it will be very close Woots. The age is a definite bonus, the milage (although i know is not high by any means) is naturally going to knock it down a bit due to the (unenjoyed :poke: ) lower milers.

What sort of cars are RBR offering? Do they let you deviate from the normal company car restrictions?

Sadly thru only offer the nissan note or the juke...

Not fab but less than 200 a month for a new car including insurance isn't bad, just trying to weigh up what's best really...keep an expensive car or get rid.....money vs enjoyment blah blah blah

Difficult one. Sensible head, or not is what it boils down to. You certainly can't go wrong all on the road for 200 a month though, although I'd be keeping an eye on what happens with my NCB if they sort the insurance end. The Jukes come really well spec'd

I'd have a look what the likes of WBAC are offering, as that will give you your rock-bottom price, and probably about £1k less than you'll get for it private.

You'd have to put it up for £2k more than the WBAC price of course to allow for the inevitable haggling.

Not necessarily so. WBAC gave me £800 over any other trade in offer for a Boxster last year. They are a bit inconsistent. Sometimes way below and sometimes above. If on rare occasion they do offer a cracking price it is certainly a no hassle deal.

Don't know how these things go if on finance.
